- Promoter. Bad Shepherd Brewing Co Pty Ltd (ABN 46 600 746 192), 386 Reserve Rd, Cheltenham VIC 3192 (Promoter).
- Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible.
- Promotion Period. Opens upon publication of this page and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 13 October 2025.
- How to enter. During the Promotion Period, submit one (1) vote via the official online form, including a valid email or social profile for winner notification. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prizes. Ten (10) prizes in total:
- 3 × $150 Bad Shepherd online store vouchers;
- 3 × cases of the winning beer (fulfilled after release; AU delivery only; recipient 18+ with ID if required);
- 4 × Bad Shepherd merchandise prize packs (contents and sizing at the Promoter’s discretion).
- Draw & notification. Random draw on Tuesday 14 October 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. Winners contacted by 5:00pm AEDT on 14 October 2025 via the contact method provided. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.
- Publication. First name and suburb of winners may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
- General. The Promoter’s decisions are final. The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or breaches these terms.
- Privacy. Personal information is collected, used and disclosed by the Promoter to conduct the Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt-out of marketing at any time.
- Liability. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of the Promotion. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights.
- Responsible service. Alcohol prizes will not be supplied to persons under 18 years of age.
