This year's brew showcases a resinous pine and dank herbaceous edge from Chinook and Columbus, grounding the beer in that old-school West Coast boldness. Then come the Cryo hops—Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe—delivering explosive bursts of citrus peel, tropical fruit, stone fruit, and a punch of grapefruit zest. Rounding out the bill, Vic Secret contributes a lift of passionfruit, pine and floral high notes, giving it a uniquely modern Australian twist.
