Are you ready for a night of remarkable BBQ and beers? If so, you won't want to miss our upcoming event on Saturday, March 25th at 7 pm. We have teamed up with our legendary Pit Master Kyle Downward and our talented Brewer to create a four-course feast that will blow your mind and taste buds.
Kyle Downward is not your ordinary BBQ chef. He has mastered the art of smoking and grilling meats to perfection, using a variety of techniques and flavours that will surprise and delight you. He has curated a menu that showcases his skills and passion for BBQ, featuring dishes such as house made beer bread with grilled bone marrow, spit roasted Brazilian beef cut Picanha with chimichurri sauce, smoked Black Onyx brisket with dill pickle and BBQ sauce, and grilled pineapple spears with bourbon infused whipped cream. Each dish is a masterpiece of flavour and texture that will make you want more.
But that's not all. To make this night even more special, we have paired each course with a limited-edition beer from our brewery. These beers are not available anywhere else and have been crafted to complement each dish and elevate your senses. You'll get to taste beers such as a smoked porter, a tropical IPA, a bourbon barrel aged stout, and a pineapple sour. Our Brewer will guide you through the unique flavours and processes behind these special brews and answer any questions you may have.
The BBQ
- Course 1: House made beer bread w/ grilled bone marrow and smoked rosemary salt.
- Course 2: Spit roasted Brazilian beef cut Picanha w/ a fresh & tangy Chimichurri.
- Course 3: Smoked Black Onyx Brisket w/ dill pickle and BBQ sauce.
- Course 4: Grilled pineapple spears w/ bourbon infused whipped cream.
